That the Parliament acknowledges the exceptional efforts of the North Lanarkshire Management Team in organising a heartfelt fundraiser in memory of their friend and colleague, Caron Platt, who sadly passed away a year ago; notes that this fundraiser successfully raised an impressive £1,795 in support of St Andrew’s Hospice; understands that St Andrew’s Hospice provides comprehensive care for patients with diverse needs, including symptom management, rehabilitation and end-of-life care, offering a peaceful, welcoming environment that supports the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of patients and their loved ones; commends the North Lanarkshire Management Team for its dedication in honouring the memory of a beloved friend; recognises that Caron was a deeply respected and cherished member of both the team and community; thanks St Andrew's Hospice for its continued dedication and care, and wishes the North Lanarkshire Management Team and Caron’s friends and family all the best for the future.
