That the Parliament acknowledges the outgoing National Farmers Union Scotland (NFUS) president, Martin Kennedy, for his outstanding service in the role; believes that his service to the farming community over the last two years has been marked by his resilience in the face of numerous changes and challenges; considers that his wise counsel and unwavering commitment to an industry and a way of life that he so clearly loves have been clear to all who have had the pleasure of working with him over the last two years, and wishes Martin a happy retirement and future success.
