Perth Named One of the Best Places to Live in the UK

That the Parliament congratulates Perth on being named one of the best places to live in the UK by the traveller guide, Muddy Stilettos; notes that the city was dubbed the "gateway to the Highlands and Islands" and was praised for its rich history; further notes that Muddy Stilettos also highlighted the various retail opportunities on offer, as well as the many food and drink options available to visitors and residents in Perth, and understands that the traveller guide also said that Perth is "never far from jaw-dropping scenery" and boasts a rich cultural heritage, describing the city as the "historic crowning site of Scotland's Kings".
