That the Parliament congratulates the Campbeltown Young Farmers Club on celebrating its 80th anniversary; notes that, as part of the celebrations, it organised a weekend of activities, including a "mock auction", that raised £6,218 for good causes, and an annual stock judging in conjunction with the Kintyre Ayrshire Breeders Club; notes that the celebrations were supported by members of the Lesmahagow Young Farmers Club and many local organisations; recognises that the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs, to which Campbeltown Young Farmers is affiliated, is Scotland’s largest rural youth organisation, with over 3,500 members from 72 clubs, and that it provides a social network for its members to meet new people, share new experiences and grow their skills across a range of activities and skills, and wishes Campbeltown Young Farmers Club many more years of successful activity.
