That the Parliament congratulates the Scottish Partnership for Palliative Care on winning the Self Management Resource of the Year category of the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) Self Management Awards 2024, with its End of Life Aid Skills for Everyone (EASE) project; understands that EASE is a course that aims to enable people to be more comfortable and confident supporting family, friends and community members around death, dying and bereavement; further understands that the project has produced a suite of accessible learning resources and trained 54 course facilitators, who have delivered an EASE course to almost 400 people, and commends the staff, volunteers and participants for their hard work to make it easier to talk about death and loss.
