Sakai Karate Club Success

That the Parliament congratulates the Sakai Karate Club and, it considers, the legends that are the Coulter family; understands that founder David Coulter, 8th dan, has been training champions all his life, and that now his son Kris Coulter, 6th dan, also a karate coach, has his own children winning titles; further understands that Kory Coulter, who was born with TDSF, a condition that effects his windpipe and oesophagus, has type 1 diabetes and has undergone six surgeries, has recently won the British Karate Federation (BKF) British Karate Title and gained his 1st dan black belt from his karate king grandpa, David Coulter MBE; notes that Kory’s younger brother, Frankie, is also a BKF British Champion and, to keep it in the family, their younger sister Lexi has started training with her grandpa, and congratulates the Coulter family on what it sees as their outstanding contribution to the town of Kilmarnock and the inspirational achievements of the whole family.
