That the Parliament congratulates Jack Carlin, a cyclist from Paisley, on his exceptional performance at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, where he secured a bronze medal in the men’s individual sprint and a silver medal in the team sprint for Team GB; acknowledges the dedication, resilience and hard work that have driven Jack to achieve this remarkable success on the world stage; recognises the pride that he brings to his local community and the inspiration that he offers to aspiring athletes across Scotland, and wishes him continued success in his future sporting endeavours.
