That the Parliament congratulates Lanarkshire Deaf Club on what it sees as its outstanding fundraising at its recent fun day; understands that the event raised over £2,000, which will help provide courses and day trips, as well as family and youth groups; further understands that Lanarkshire Deaf Hub delivers community-based services, which aim to remove the barriers to communication for Deaf people throughout Lanarkshire; welcomes such community initiatives that promote inclusiveness, and thanks the staff and volunteers for their dedication and commitment.
