Congratulating corto.alto on his Mercury Prize Nomination

That the Parliament congratulates Glasgow’s corto.alto on his debut album, Bad With Names, being nominated for the prestigious Mercury Prize; notes that corto.alto is the creation of Liam Shortall, who composed and produced the multi-genre album from his flat in the southside of Glasgow; applauds all those musicians who played on the album, and wishes Liam Shortall well at the Mercury Prize ceremony in September 2024.
