  • Submitted by: Elena Whitham, Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley, Scottish National Party.
  • Date lodged: Tuesday, 25 June 2024
  • Motion reference: S6M-13785

That the Parliament praises Barrhill Primary School and Early Years Centre on its recent inspection from Education Scotland; understands that the school received an excellent evaluation report, which found strengths in the leadership of the headteacher and staff, and positive relationships between staff and children; further understands that Education Scotland is confident that the school has capacity to continue to improve and that there will be no requirement for further visits in connection with this inspection, and wishes everyone at the school a well-earned break over the summer holidays.
