Sportscotland Award for St Mark's Primary School

That the Parliament congratulates the pupils and staff at St Mark's Primary School, in Irvine, on being awarded the Gold School Sport Award from sportscotland; understands that the Gold School Sport Award recognises the school’s achievements in putting sport at the heart of its planning, practice and ethos, and highlights that the school has shown excellent practice across the core areas of the award and has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to increasing young people’s opportunities and engagement in physical education, school sport and leadership, and to providing clear pathways to lifelong participation in sport; commends St Mark's Primary School on its outstanding achievement, and wishes the school continued success in the future.
