Congratulations to the Footgolf Association of Scotland on Qualification for the 2024 European Footgolf Championship

That the Parliament congratulates the Footgolf Association of Scotland on its qualification for the 2024 European Footgolf Championship; commends David Stewart, Michael Eardley, Neil Shave, Callum Haig and David Quigley, who secured qualification for the Scottish team with their performances at the Slovakian Open; understands that this is the first time that Scotland has qualified for a European Footgolf Championship since the Association was set up in 2020; wishes the best of luck to all the footgolfers across the men's, women's and senior categories, who will be competing for places in the squad that will represent Scotland in Turkey in December 2024, and appreciates the work of the Footgolf Association of Scotland in growing the sport of footgolf in Scotland and working to live up to its motto by ensuring that the sport continues to be inclusive for all.
