That the Parliament congratulates Dr Rabinder Kaur Buttar, Senior Enterprise Fellow at the University of Strathclyde, and president and founder of Clintec International Ltd, on being appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services to Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Leadership in Business, and to Life Sciences, and recognises her significant achievement in these fields.
