Aileen Wilson Recognised at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Celebrating Success Awards

That the Parliament congratulates Aileen Wilson, team lead for residential service at Inverclyde Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), on being recognised for the support she provides to local children at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s Celebrating Success Awards; understands that Aileen was described as having “values rooted in compassion and the rights of children”, and was named the overall winner in the Inverclyde HSCP category during the ceremony on 30 May 2024; further understands that Aileen manages three children’s houses, which include a large staff team, and that colleagues told how she has developed “a culture of trust whereby children’s voices are listened to by staff and their views are taken seriously”; commends Aileen for her dedication to children’s services in Inverclyde, and congratulates all 18 winners that were announced across NHSGGC’s local sectors, HSCPs and other services including Diagnostics, Public Health and Pharmacy at the awards.
