That the Parliament congratulates Ethan Flett of Orkney’s The Orcadian on being named Scotland's Young Journalist of the Year at the 45th annual Scottish Press Awards; recognises what it sees as his outstanding reporting on sensitive local issues and his dedication to covering important community matters, and commends The Orcadian for its continued excellence in journalism.
