That the Parliament notes the 20th anniversary of Voluntary Health Scotland; considers that third sector organisations, such as Voluntary Health Scotland, play a vitally important role in Scotland’s journey to tackle health inequalities and to promote and advocate for public policy that improves health outcomes for all people in Scotland; acknowledges what it sees as the incredible value of Voluntary Health Scotland’s Scottish Community Link Worker Network, which provides a forum for Community Link Workers "to share learning and to develop, network and support one another in order to improve outcomes for their patients and communities"; celebrates what it considers to be the immense contribution to health-related policy that has been made by Voluntary Health Scotland and its members over the last 20 years, in particular its significant influence on the policy areas of social isolation, loneliness and health inequalities, and wishes all at Voluntary Health Scotland every success for the future.
