That the Parliament congratulates Ena MacDonald on the publication of her book, Born to Croft; understands that Ena launched her book in June 2024 at the Hosta tractor rally; further understands that the book is an informative publication on Ena’s experience of growing up in Kyles, and the agriculture sector before modern machinery; considers Ena to be an icon of the crofting community, and commends her for promoting sustainable agriculture and preserving traditional crofting methods.
