Successful Conclusion of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation Campaign, "Prevention is the Best Treatment"

That the Parliament notes the successful conclusion of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation campaign, "Prevention is the Best Treatment"; understands that this campaign was launched on World Asthma Day and concludes on 31 May 2024; further understands that the campaign will help deal with challenges of living with severe asthma, and involves the delivery of asthma workshops, information, advice and practical support to adults, young people and children with asthma across Scotland to help them understand the place of a preventer inhaler in the management of asthma, and to reduce reliance on reliever inhalers, and wishes the charity every success in its continued efforts to improve health outcomes for all asthma sufferers in Scotland and achieve better understanding of asthma as a condition.
