That the Parliament congratulates Fraserburgh Harbour on being named Port of the Year at the Fishing News Awards 2024; understands that Fraserburgh Harbour is a port with a big ambition, and that the award recognises its commitment to the future of the harbour, town and region by maintaining and strengthening its provision to the fishing industry; further understands that, through the ongoing development of what it sees as its visionary Harbour Masterplan, there will be meaningful engagement with the local community, including school children of all ages and increased stakeholder agreement, and wishes all the members of the harbour team continued success for the future.
