That the Parliament congratulates MRC Fitness Studio, in Dalry, on its 40th anniversary; recognises what it sees as the dedication and hard work of founders Malcolm and Helen Clark, who established MRC Fitness back in 1984, with a vision to provide a welcoming gym environment that is accessible to all, and which has since become a cornerstone of the community; applauds the commitment of Malcolm's daughter, Lorraine Wallace, the current owner, and her general manager, Stuart Clayton, in upholding the ethos of inclusivity and promoting fitness as a lifestyle choice since taking over in 2012; commends the participation of club members, past and present, whose support has been instrumental in the success of MRC Fitness over the past four decades; notes the special bootcamp event that was held to mark the occasion, bringing together members of all ages and abilities to celebrate health, fitness and camaraderie, and wishes MRC Fitness continued success and prosperity for the next 40 years and beyond, as it continues to inspire and empower the community of Dalry towards healthier lifestyles and fitness goals.
