That the Parliament congratulates the 102 (Aberdeen Airport) Squadron Air Training Corps on being awarded £3,800 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the funding will be used to upgrade its cockpit flight simulator with up-to-date technology, to provide air cadets with the best possible training available; notes that the upgraded flight simulator will also be used by other air cadet groups from across the north east, enabling a wide range of air cadets to benefit from the new technology; recognises the work that the Air Training Corps does to encourage interest in aviation, provide training and develop the qualities of leadership and good citizenship; commends 102 (Aberdeen Airport) Squadron on the work that it does, and wishes it all the best for its future endeavours.
