That the Parliament recognises what it sees as the UK Government's efforts in Rwanda to sustainably increase agricultural productivity and benefit poor farming households through greater commercialisation of Rwandan agriculture; believes that this will result in a greater contribution of agriculture to economic growth, food security, and poverty reduction; notes that the programme ran from January 2019 to March 2022 with a projected budget of £28.8 million, which has been fully spent; commends what it sees as the UK Government’s efforts in Rwanda, and applauds to the success of this programme and to everyone involved.
