To ask the Scottish Government whether it will clarify the methodology of the daily and weekly update statistics published by the Scottish Prison Service regarding prisoners who either have COVID-19 or are self-isolating, in light of the daily update on 17 November 2020 stating that 38 people were self-isolating and the weekly update published on 13 November 2020 stating that 591 people were self-isolating.

To ask the Scottish Government, in light of its guidance on the changes to regulations for fire and smoke alarms in Scotland, whether the Nest Protect (Battery) device will be classed as a device not meeting the required standard, in light of it meeting other EU and UK standards; if not, whether sellers of the device have to (a) warn buyers in Scotland that these devices are not permitted or (b) withdraw the devices from sale in Scotland, and whether combined heat/smoke/CO detectors, such as the Nest Protect device, can be installed in kitchens, or whether kitchen devices must be heat-only detectors.
