Parliamentary questions can be asked by any MSP to the Scottish Government or the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. The questions provide a means for MSPs to get factual and statistical information.

To ask the Scottish Government when it will reopen NHS pay negotiations, and what its response is to a recent Unison Scotland NHS staff survey, which found that (a) 87% of respondents thought the NHS should consider a further pay award this year, (b) 80% of respondents said they are tired or very tired, (c) 72% of respondents said they are exhausted after work, (d) 30% of respondents are not getting adequate breaks and (e) many NHS staff had experienced extra childcare costs, extra transport costs due to restricted public transport, were washing their clothes more often, had been isolating from family and were mentally and physically exhausted.
