To ask the Scottish Government what action it has taken to (a) improve and (b) monitor the energy efficiency of NHS buildings in light of the finding in the Audit Scotland report, NHS in Scotland 2016, that the "outstanding maintenance required to keep the NHS estate across Scotland up to a good standard amounted to £898 million.
