Questions and answers

Parliamentary questions can be asked by any MSP to the Scottish Government or the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. The questions provide a means for MSPs to get factual and statistical information.

Written questions must be answered within 10 working days (20 working days during recess)
Other questions such as Topical, Portfolio, General and First Minister's Question Times are taken in the Chamber

To ask the Scottish Executive whether it believes that there has been any breach of the Race Relations Act 1976 in connection with any of the comments removed from the National Conversation website.

Comments removed by the moderator as a result of the ongoing review of the site are removed because they are considered to breach any part of the moderating criteria set out in the answer to S3W-11333 on 23 April 2008.
