I have concerns about what Brian Whittle is proposing, given that, after the first declaration, there might be a change in a patient’s clinical circumstances—for better or worse. If the second medical practitioner was not able to access those notes, they would be basing a clinical judgment on historical information as opposed to current medical information. Does he see that that could, potentially, cause an issue?
