We have a £4.5 million pressure this year. How will that be accommodated in the funding?

The next agenda item is consideration of subordinate legislation. The regulations are being considered under the negative procedure. At last week’s meeting, members raised a number of points in relation to the regulations and agreed to write to the Scottish Government for more information. The committee received a response from Ivan McKee late last night. It will be published on the committee’s web page and has been circulated to all members of the committee.
