There are three questions to be put as a result of today’s business. The first is, that motion S6M-02234, in the name of Humza Yousaf, on the Transvaginal Mesh Removal (Cost Reimbursement) (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.
Motion agreed to,
That the Parliament agrees to the general principles of the Transvaginal Mesh Removal (Cost Reimbursement) (Scotland) Bill.
The next question is, that motion S6M-02167, in the name of Kate Forbes, on a financial resolution for the Transvaginal Mesh Removal (Cost Reimbursement) (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.
Motion agreed to,
That the Parliament, for the purposes of any Act of the Scottish Parliament resulting from the Transvaginal Mesh Removal (Cost Reimbursement) (Scotland) Bill, agrees to any expenditure of a kind referred to in Rule 9.12.3A of the Parliament’s Standing Orders arising in consequence of the Act.
I propose to ask a single question on nine Parliamentary Bureau motions. Does any member object?
