Interests

Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the first meeting of the Scottish Commission for Public Audit in 2012. I remind everybody to switch off their mobile phones and any other electronic devices.

There are no apologies, so we move to the first item on the agenda, which is to welcome Iain Gray to the commission and ask him whether he wishes to declare any interests that are relevant to its remit.
