Item 3 is consideration of the revised written agreement on the budget process between the commission and Audit Scotland. A paper from the secretary is attached. A separate written agreement between the commission and the Finance Committee was agreed at our most recent meeting. Are members content to agree the document?
Members indicated agreement.
In that case, the secretary will contact Audit Scotland to confirm that the commission is content with the terms of the written agreement and a copy of it will be published on our web page.
As agreed earlier, we will now move into private session, so I ask any members of the public to leave.
