Given that the committee has received further information on the instrument, I propose that we defer consideration until next week, in order to invite the minister to discuss the evidence. As members have no comments, are they content to agree with the Scottish Government’s decision to consent to the provisions set out in the notifications being included in UK, rather than in Scottish, subordinate legislation?
