Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 16th meeting in 2022 of the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee, which we are conducting in a hybrid format. This meeting is in addition to our usual Tuesday morning meeting. We have received apologies from Natalie Don and I am pleased to welcome Elena Whitham as her substitute.
