Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, and welcome to the 13th meeting of the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee. Before we begin, I remind everyone that social distancing measures are in place across Holyrood. Please take care to observe those measures. We have received apologies from Natalie Don. Collette Stevenson is in attendance as a committee substitute.

Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. Item 4 is consideration of the evidence that we will hear on the single-use plastics subordinate legislation, and item 5 is consideration of the committee’s work programme. Do members agree to take those items in private?
