The Committee agreed to take items 4 and 5 in private.

2. Cross-Party Groups Annual Report:

The Committee considered an annual update on Cross-Party Groups' compliance with the Code of Conduct and agreed to continue consideration in private at a future meeting.

3. Scottish Information Commissioner Evidence Session:

The Committee took evidence from—

David Hamilton, Euan McCulloch, Head of Enforcement and Claire Stephen, Head of Policy and Information, Scottish Information Commissioner .

4. Evidence Session - Scottish Information Commissioner (In Private):

The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3.

5. Committee effectiveness (In Private):

The Committee considered its approach to the inquiry and agreed to further consider its approach to evidence in private at a future meeting.
