Ruth Maguire MSP and Joe Fitzpatrick MSP had no relevant interests to declare.

The Committee choose Ruth Maguire MSP as Deputy Convener.
3. Procedures on consent in relation to UK Parliament Bills(In Private):
The Committee agreed its draft report and draft Standing Order Rule changes on consent in relation to UK Parliament Bills.
