1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take items 4 and 5 in private.
2. Correspondence:
The Committee considered correspondence from the Conveners Group on strengthening Net Zero scrutiny arrangements. It agreed to write to the Conveners Group and the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee.
3. Correspondence:
The Committee considered correspondence from the Presiding Officer on a variation to the Proxy Voting Scheme and agreed to respond to the Presiding Officer to indicate its agreement with the proposed variation.
4. Guidance on Committees (In Private):
The Committee agreed to approve an update to the Guidance on Committees for publication.
5. Parliamentary Privilege (In Private):
The Committee considered parliamentary privilege.
