1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take consideration of revisions to the Guidance on the Code of Conduct for MSPs and consideration of its approach to Petition PE1949: Review the rules concerning Dual Mandate MSPs in private at future meetings.
2. Annual report:
The Committee considered and agreed the draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2022 to 12 May 2023.
3. Code of Conduct Rule Changes(In Private)
The Committee considered changes to the Code of Conduct Rules and the Guidance on the Code of Conduct.
