1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take items 6 and 7 in private.
2. Cross-Party Group:
The Committee considered an application for recognition from the proposed Cross-Party Group on Space, and took evidence from—
Colin Beattie, MSP, Convener of the proposed Cross-Party Group on Space, The Scottish Parliament.
3. Cross-Party Group - approval:
The Committee agreed to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Space.
4. Correspondence:
The Committee considered correspondence it has received from Graeme Dey MSP and agreed to consider it again at a future meeting.
5. Cross Party Group Annual Report:
The Committee considered an annual update on CPGs' compliance with the Code of Conduct and agreed to write to all CPGs in relation to their compliance with the Code of Conduct.
6. Cross Party Groups:
The Committee discussed the CPG system and agreed to take forward further work in relation to CPGs.
7. Correspondence:
The Committee considered correspondence it has received from the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.
