1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take item 7 in private.

3. Cross-Party Group:

The Committee considered an application for recognition from the proposed Cross-Party Group on Europe, and took evidence from—

Katy Clark MSP, Convener of the proposed CPG on Europe, Scottish Parliament.

4. Cross-Party Group - approval:

One Member expressed concerns. The Committee agreed to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Europe.

5. Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland(In Private):

The Committee considered a revision to the Directions made under the Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner Act 2002.

6. Code of Conduct Rule Changes(In Private)

The Committee considered draft Code of Conduct Rule changes.
