1. Charities (Regulation and Administration) (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2.

Jeremy Balfour declared an interest as a Member of the Church of Scotland and as a retired Baptist Minister.

The following amendments were agreed to (without division): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20.

The following amendments were moved and, no member having objected, withdrawn: 21 and 22.

Amendment 23 was not moved.

The following provisions were agreed to without amendment: Sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 and the Long Title.

The following provisions were agreed to as amended: Sections 2, 12 and 14 and the Schedule.

The Committee completed Stage 2 consideration of the Bill.
