The Committee took evidence on the Plant Health (Fees) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 and the consent notification for the Official Controls (Plant Health) (Frequency of Checks) Regulations 2022 from—

The Committee considered a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposal—
Official Controls (Plant Health) (Frequency of Checks) Regulations 2022
The Committee agreed that the provisions set out in the notifications should be included in the UK SI.
