The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and took further evidence from—

Richard Robinson, Senior Manager and Fiona Diggle, Audit Manager, Audit Scotland.

The Committee agreed to write to the Auditor General for Scotland and the Scottish Government on issues raised during the meeting.

The Committee considered its work programme and noted correspondence from Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans, Scottish Government, Jim McColl, former Director, Ferguson Marine Engineering Limited and the Auditor General for Scotland and agreed to write to Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans, Scottish Government.
