The Committee took evidence from—

Antony Clark, Interim Director of Performance Audit and Best Value, Tricia Meldrum,Senior Manager and Zoe McGuire,Senior Auditor, Performance Audit and Best Value, Audit Scotland .

Craig Hoy referred to his Register of Interests as a Member of the Education Committee of East Lothian Council.

The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and took further evidence from—
