Professor Janette Webb, UK Energy Research Centre (UKERC).

4. Subordinate legislation:

The Committee agreed that the following instrument had been laid under the appropriate procedure; the negative procedure— Environment and Trade in Animals and Related Products (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2022

 The Convener noted that the Committee had received a short private legal and policy briefing on the instrument.

5. Subordinate legislation:

The Committee considered the following negative instrument— Environment and Trade in Animals and Related Products (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2022

The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instrument.
