The Committee agreed to take items 5 and 6 in private.

2. Subordinate legislation:

The Committee took evidence on the National Bus Travel Concession Scheme for Young Persons (Scotland) Amendment Order 2021 [draft] from—

Graeme Dey, Minister for Transport, Tom Davy, Head of Bus Strategy and Concessions Policy, and Debbie Walker, Operations and Business Manager,  Transport Scotland.

3. Subordinate legislation:

Graeme Dey, Minister for Transport moved—S6M-00962—that the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee recommends that the National Bus Travel Concession Scheme for Young Persons (Scotland) Amendment Order 2021 [draft] be approved.

4. Determination of Committee priorities for this Session:

The Committee took evidence from—
