The Committee agreed its annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2023 to 12 May 2024.
The Committee considered its work programme and agreed: to write to the Minister for Housing on the housing emergency; its programme of oral evidence on the Housing (Scotland) Bill; and to write to the Scottish Government on the two cases studies on energy efficiency contained in the second of the EU law tracker reports commissioned by the Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee.
