The Committee took evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

The Committee considered the following negative instruments—

The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instruments.

4. Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Act 2022 (in private):

The Committee agreed its approach to oral and written evidence to inform its scrutiny of the secondary legislation.

5. Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered a briefing from the clerks and agreed to write to the Deputy First Minister.

6. Housing (Cladding Remediation) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
