Stephanie Callaghan MSP declared an interest as having served as a Councillor on South Lanarkshire Council.

Marie McNair MSP also declared an interest as having served as a Councillor on West Dunbartonshire Council.

The Committee took evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2024-25 from—

Martin Booth, Executive Director of Finance, Glasgow City Council;

Kirsty Flanagan, Director of Finance, Argyll & Bute Council;

Sarah Fortune, Executive Director for Council Resources, East Lothian Council;

Jamie Robertson, Chief Finance Officer, East Dunbartonshire Council.
