The Committee took evidence from—
Tom Arthur, Minister for Public Finance, Planning and Community Wealth, Fiona Simpson, Chief Planner, Andy Kinnaird, Head of Planning Transformation and Helen Wood, Head of Planning Performance, Scottish Government.
The following interests were declared—
